Who is this service for?
Our service is designed for seniors who live alone — especially those who have pets or loved ones who worry about their well-being. It’s also helpful for families who want peace of mind, knowing someone is checking in every day.
How does the daily call work?
Each day, we call you at the time you selected during sign-up. If you don’t answer, we’ll call up to three more times based on your preferred retry interval (15, 30, or 60 minutes). If there’s still no response, we contact your emergency contact. As a final step, we request a welfare check through a local senior services agency or non-emergency police number.
What does the AI sound like?
Our AI voice is warm, friendly, and natural. It’s designed to sound like a real person — calm, clear, and comforting — and will always speak with kindness and care.
Can I change my call time or settings later?
Yes, absolutely. After signing up, you’ll have access to your account where you can update your preferred call time, retry intervals, emergency contact info, and more.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new user receives a 7-day free trial — no payment required. If you choose to continue after the trial, you’ll be charged based on your selected plan.
What if I’m not available when the call comes in?
That’s okay! We know you might be busy, resting, or away from the phone. That’s why we offer up to three follow-up calls spaced out as you choose. You won’t miss your chance to check in.
Can my family or caregiver sign up for me?
Yes. A loved one can sign up on your behalf and enter your call preferences, emergency contact info, and other details. It’s a great way for family members to help keep you safe and supported.
Is my information private and secure?
Absolutely. We take privacy seriously. All data is stored securely and is only used to deliver your calls and ensure your safety. We never share your information with third parties outside of necessary emergency procedures.
